we are all prisms

The first thing I saw outside my window when I opened my shade this moring was a raindrop dangling from a large deep green maple leaf with the sunlight dancing through the center of it creating vibrant changing colors in it while the wind teased the drop by shaking the leaf so it might fall. It didn't fall it just shined bright orange then red, then clear, then blue, then stayed at orange a while.

This beautiful moment with nature inspired me by providing a metaphore for our existence and how we can let the light in and in let the colors of life shine through us allowing us to bring beauty peace and love into this world similar to a raindrop prism.

With this inspiration I meditated on each chakra as the colors are the same as the colors of the rainbow which this raindrop prism reminded me of. It was a perfect moment. I hope that reading this also provides you with a perfect moment.
